No app can beat MX Player. Absolute control on every aspect of the video, any screen ratio and crop. Customize the captions. Reminds me a lot of Media Player Classic on how much customization and ease of use there is. I'm giving this 5 stars because it plays DVD files perfectly which is what I was initially looking for. Just so everyone knows who may be confused on what the file extension is that allows you to watch the movie, it's "VTS_02_1.VOB" that you have to select if you're trying to watch files from a DVD. This app shows screenshots of the files too which I like because it makes selection easier. Also, the app automatically goes into landscape mode so you don't have to do it manually for viewing.😎
